Hi, I’m Kris Bickell. And started FindThatRealtor.com to help home buyers and sellers find the best possible realtor. Having lost several thousand dollars due to lazy realtors when buying my first home, I decided to create a website with tips on finding a qualified, professional realtor.
Buying or selling a house is a stressful, busy – and exciting – event. A good realtor helps make the process much easier, and allows you to focus on the more important items, while the realtor helps you with all the little details.
While I am not a professional realtor or real estate expert, I did take enough notes – and make enough mistakes – during our most recent home buying experience that unfortunately I feel I’m qualified to call myself a “home buying mistake expert”.
